Details: This project was the regeneration of an estate built in 1963, which is the largest housing estate in Europe of over 10,000 people. In 2005 London Borough of Southwark decided to update this deprived estate by demolishing and replace the existing homes with modern units including private sale apartments. We carried out various tiling works throughout the regeneration project to entrance lobbies, external stair cases, corridors, kitchens and bathrooms.
